5 makeup artists you should be following on Instagram

From Dubai's Huda Beauty to Italy's Manuele Mameli, here are NVBeauty's favourite 5 MUA's from around the world, that you should be following on Instagram.

1. Huda Beauty (47.8 Million Followers)

Best known for her cosmetic line selling everything from eyelashes to foundations The Huda Beauty brand is the biggest beauty brand in the middle east and has a net worth of $550 Million. (not bad for a beauty fanatic who started off with a blog). She also was the makeup artistt for stars such as Eva Longoria and Nicole Richie.

Huda also has her own Facebook series called Huda Boss which is an in site to what building and maintaining a muliti million dollar cosmetic brand is really like. Huda Beauty's Instagram content includes pictures and videos of their amazing products (which I highly recommend), tips and tricks on how to achieve different beauty looks and sneak peaks in to her personal life with her beautiful family.

2.Sam chapman (940K Followers) Nicola Chapman Haste (567K Followers) AKA the Pixiwoo sisters

Born and raised in Norwich, England, the Pixiwoo sisters used to work in MAC Cosmetics at the beginning of their career. After accidentally posting a YouTube video for the whole world to see, when it was intended to seen by only a friend. Pixiwoo became incredibly popular with over 2 million subscribers to date on their YouTube channel and even have their own Makeup brush line called Real Techniques.

3. MakeupByMario (8.3 Million Followers)

Best known for being Kim Kardashian West's makeup artist for years this New York born makeup artist started off his career as an entry level Sephora employee. Its safe to say Mario has come a long way from his Sephora days, with now having his own training program called glam masters, doing makeup for Kim Kardashian west, and having brand deals with Cover Girl, Marc Jacobs, and Laura Mercier just to name a few.

4. Ctilbury makeup (3.9 Million Followers)

Charlotte Tilbury MBE is one of the biggest names in the beauty industry. Tilbury studied the Glauca Rossi School of Makeup in London.

She has worked on many of the worlds biggest fashion publications such as British, Brazilian, French, Italian and Spanish vogue, Vanity Fairs, V Magazine, LOVE magazine. She has also worked with legendary photographers and super models such as Mario Testino, Kate Moss, Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Gisele Bundchen just to name a small handful. Charlotte has also worked with countless designers at Milan, Paris, New York and London Fashion Week including MIU MIU, Prada, McQueen, Cavalli, Chloe and the list goes on.

Tilbury was awarded an MBE in 2018 for services to the beauty and cosmetic industry. This incredibly successful woman has also won the Rodial Award in 2012 for Best Makeup Artist, CEW Achiever Award in 2014 and has also featured in the business of fashion 500 since 2013.

In 2013 Charlotte Tilbury MBE also launched her skin care and cosmetics brand at Selfridges in London. Its safe to say her brand has been a huge success and is globally recognised.

5. ManueleMameli (319 K Followers)

Manuele Mameli is an Italian Makeup Artist best know for now being a big part of Chiara Ferragni’s glam squad. What you may not know is this young man has also worked with magazines such as Vogue Italia, Vogue China, Vanity fairs, ELLE, Grazia Russia, Glamour magazine and the list it too long to name all of them. He has also worked on a wide selection of fashion shows for brands such as Diesel, Max&co, Cavalli, Emilio Pucci and Twin-set.

It is safe to say everyone on this list is incredibly talented and achieved so much in their career so far.
